food and beverage is to be provided by Keeley's Banquet Center when served in
our function room. Menu selections and meeting requirements must be received no
later than two weeks prior to your function. Keeley's is fully licensed by the
State of Maine Liquor Commission. No alcoholic beverage can be consumed outside
the facility. No alcohol may be carried into the facility by patrons.
A guaranteed number of guests is required five working days
prior to your function. Any food and beverage functions cancelled within 14 days
of the event are subject to a cancellation charge.
A 20% service charge and 7% sales tax is applied
on all food functions. All prices quoted are subject to change. A minimum service
charge of $50.00 will be charged for any banquet held at Keeley's Banquet Center.
Room rates vary depending on the size of the
group, day of the function, and whether or not meals are ordered. PLEASE
NOTE: Functions with meals ordered - there is usually no room fee. A non-refundable deposit is required
prior to confirming a banquet function. Payment is due on the date of the function
with exception of Wedding Receptions, which payment is to be made two days prior
to scheduled function date. Any Corporate terms are subject to owner approval.
Keeley's
Banquet Center will not permit the affixing of anything to wall, floor, or ceiling
in rooms with nails, staples, tape, or any other substance unless prior approval
is given by the Banquet Sales Director or Owner. In regard to Wedding Receptions,
no birdseed, confetti, or rice is allowed in or around the banquet facility.
